Requirement : 


  • When a patient is trying to schedule an appointment he/she should get a confirmation email for the request sent via the website. 


For Eg: If we fill the appointment form and we hit on Submit, there is only a popup showing for the patient.


Step 1: Login to the dashboard and hit on the appointment section.




Step 2:  Next select the "Requests" tab, click on the edit icon from the actions section.



Step 3: From the dropdown, select confirmed status and update the time. Once this is done hit on Save. 


After the above steps are completed, we will receive an email that the appointment has been confirmed!
